Hi, I’m Sven Bunkus, a recruiter turned career coach based in Berlin with over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition. My career spans industries like e-commerce, software development, mobility solutions, and energy services, where I’ve successfully supported hyper-growth projects for companies such as Tesla, Delivery Hero, and GETEC.

I’ve conducted over 5,000 interviews and hiring over 1,000 people, giving me a deep understanding of what employers seek and how candidates can excel.
